It is a visitor visa that allows foreigners with remote work or telecommuting to temporarily live in Colombia while carrying out their work for foreign companies from the country. This visa does not apply to employees of Colombian companies, only foreign companies.

Pay the applicable consular fees for the processing and issuance of the visa. According to Resolution 10452 of 2023, the fee is USD 54 for the Application Review Stage, plus USD 132 for the Visa Issuance Stage, for a total of USD 186 or 143 Euros.

Wait for the decision from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which is usually communicated within a few business days.
